Nourish & Learn: Nutrition and Food Science Summer Camp (Beirut Campus)
The “Nourish & Learn: Nutrition and Food Science Camp” offers an immersive learning experience for students passionate about nutrition and food science. Through interactive workshops, games, field visits, laboratory experiments, hands on activities, and engaging lectures led by faculty members, participants will explore the role of nutrition in promoting health and will understand the principles of food safety and processing. Overall, the camp fosters a stimulating environment for learning, collaboration, and exploration, and empowers participants to pursue their passion for nutrition; outstanding award winners, based on an internal assessment, will be granted LAU scholarships upon enrollment in the BS in Nutrition and Dietetics Program or the BS in Nutrition and Dietetics Coordinated Program:
1st Place: 20% scholarship
2nd Place: 15% scholarship
3rd Place: 10% scholarship
